This year, the Georgia Legislature has been silent on the Entertainment Tax Credits. The general consensus has been that the tax credits need to be left alone this year. After introduction in 2006 (retroactive to January 2005) and revision in 2008, legislators decided to let the tax credits operate for another two years without further changes.
