GGDA’s activities benefit all members of the industry in the state of Georgia. From career development and portfolio review events for students and younger professionals to building the local talent pool; from lobbying state legislators for business tax credits to keep game companies in Georgia to analyzing the impact we have on the local economy, our activities directly benefit the game industry as whole. We invite you to join us and to help our industry grow and thrive.

Getting the most out of your GGDA membership

First, join GGDA and create your profile on our website. Then find us on Facebook and the SIEGE group on LinkedIn. While we send monthly newsletters and other announcements as needed, these groups are very active and an important part of staying in touch with the community.

Second, come to our monthly meetings and bring plenty of business cards with you. Stay in touch with the people you meet.

Last but not least, members and volunteers run GGDA. Do you have a particular area of interest? See something we should offer our members? Please let us know and we will help you put something together. You can have a big impact on the industry simply by getting involved. Volunteering is also a great way to network and get to know people.

Here are some of our current areas of need:

  • Membership drive
  • Grassroots activism
  • SIEGE conference planning and staffing
  • Graphic and web design

Please let know if you would like to get involved.
